Telcare’s Survey Agent training consists of several different steps that lead you through the training and orientation process. Please begin by clicking on Step 1 to the left and following the instructions. It is extremely important that you follow each set of instructions, so please read all of the instructions carefully, and reach out with any questions you have as needed.
